Sam Richard gave a short and terse presentation at the BAD Camp mobile summit. which was dripping with his Native New York sacasam. It was amusing.

Here are the reasons he hates Twitter Bootstrap

  • Twitter bootstrap has too many device size options
  • Bad Accessibility
  • No alt tags for visual cue icons like warnings and shopping carts
  • Color blind users have issues
  • Font Sizes are bad
  • There is no consistency for users
  • He also says that performance is an issue
  • He says that the responsive tags for twitter bootstrap is also a bad practice.
  • Jacob says that every line of bootstrap is a joke

My man Nick Grace, Senior Front End Developer at JBS says the main problem lies in the fact that twitter bootstrap in not meant to be customized.
